The necklace is what has been described. The quality of the pearls is very good. The only problem is that I have great difficulty opening and closing the clasp I chose. I have sought their advice, and a different clasp has been suggested with an offer to help swap the 2 clasps.

We like our purchase, very nice packaging. We bought the white AAA Akoya pearl set. Buyers should note the pearls are not pure white, they have a slight rose hue. When wearing, the pearls look more white than when in the pure white storage box.

I admit that I was hesitant to purchase Akoyas online, but I am very happy. I was also concerned about the quality of the white gold, as usually have pearls set in yellow gold, but I wanted to have something to match some of my white gold jewelry, too, and I also wanted larger pearls that would not break the bank like many of my local jewelers would do. It is stunning all around. And the shipping was super fast!

PThe product had a few issues. The earings pins were slightly bent, it seemed it was used previously. All seemed to have less shine and color seemed to be a bit off compare to previous one. The bracele's connector came detached, but we were able to fix ourselves
