I got a beautiful Akoya white pearl necklace with gorgeous luster. Various representatives were extremely responsive via phone and email about my questions/concerns regarding color/overtone- (white vs. cream.) Pearls arrived quickly and were lovely. I would definitely buy from Pearl Source again.
